Students should have sound mind and physically fit. Involving them in sports provides sound mind and body.Government aid by encouraging sports activities & conducts various sports meet.

"Madurai Regional Physical education high school / secondary / Matric School Sports Association"  conducts "8th Regional sports meet" on 30.11.2013 for all Higher,Matric Schools at M.G.R Spors Stadium.
 

Income Tax commissioner Mr.Krishnasamy, Mr.Devendra Bhoopathy -Sales Tax Joint Commissioner ,Joint Director Mr.S.Chellam,CO C.Amuthavalli - Chief Education officer,DO K.Jeyameena Devi by their presence make this meet as a special one.More than 5000 students participated in various sports events.

KR Trust as a support provides cash prize for winners, dress, sports materials.KR Trust awarded Rs.25,000/- cash prize for winner & tiffen is provided for all participants.

KR Trust donates Rs.10,000/- for glass frame  & GYM equipment for Naveena thegappayirchi saalai   on 1.1.2014. Minister S.Sundarrajan, Paramakudi DSP are special guests.
